Return & Refunds
We want you to be happy with our service and products that we provide, without doubting the authenticity and quality of the products. Please read the Return and Refund policy carefully.
For a hassle-free refund policy, please make sure to note the following points. We encourage returning products only under the given scenarios:
· You are being delivered with the wrong items concerning the quality, size, quantity, or number
· Or the product is nearing its expiry date or is already expired
· Or the product itself is different
· Or the product is spoiled or destroyed
Rightautofurnish doesn’t sanction returns if the products were fine but got damaged by the customer. We cannot take the blame for customer’s mistakes like wrong or incomplete address. In case you find any defects, we may ask for an image of the damaged product. Please do remember that the defects must be detected right after opening the parcel else we will assume that it happened by you.
While returning the product, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return shipment. Again, please keep track of all the original packaging, including its papers, documents, parts, and accessories that should be included with the returned item.
Once your return is received, we will be inspecting the product, after which we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding its approval or rejection. If it’s approved then the refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days, based on your card issuer’s policies.
